Amber Gill opened up about the real reason why she and Greg O'Shea are not official yet during her debut on Loose Women today.
The couple won Love Island last month, managing to beat front runners Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury.
But ever since leaving the villa, the couple have been bombarded with questions about whether they are officially dating.
And while they are exclusive, the pair have decided not to put the 'official' stamp on it.
Appearing on the ITV daytime show today, she said: "We're good, so we're not official yet... Love Island is such a weird situation, we've only known each other for a month."
Explaining the reason why, she said that she was heading over to Ireland to meet his family.
She said: "I think that's part of the reason why we aren't official yet, I haven't met any of his family yet."
Host Christine Lampard reassured her and said that it was still "very early days".
"That's the fun bit, though," Christine said. "Going to Dublin for a week, him coming over here. That's what it's all about, isn't it?"
"And on Love Island we were on top of each other all the time, 24/7," she said.
Realising what she had said, Christine grinned and Amber put her head in her hands.
