Feisty Amber Gill has made her most cutting move yet and it's likely to be aimed at ex boyfriend Greg O'Shea.
The 22-year-old Love Island babe posted the cover of a new book she's reading and it's sure to wipe away any past memories of her ex.
Amber and Greg, 24, ended on harsh terms following their Love Island win after the Irish hunk dumped her by text.
Now it seems she wants to forget about him completely with a fresh start, following reports he is now dating someone else.
Amber holds a copy of Good Vibes, Good Life by Vex King on her Instagram Story. She penned alongside it: "Need a bit of spiritual positivity this Sunday".
The Love Island winner also made clear she was "so excited to read" it.
The book focuses on how to create and give-off positive vibrations, as well as ways to cut people out of your life to build a more positive circle of friends.
The rugby player has hinted at his new relationship while eagle eyed fans have put two and two together to identify the mystery woman.
Greg posted a photo of himself enjoying a romantic meal in Paris right next to the Eiffel Tower.
Grinning for the camera, he captioned the post: "Parisian nights".
While he didn't tag his date, MailOnline has revealed it was model and athlete Emma Canning - a Scottish heptathlete.
And they have a photo of her from what is clearly the other side of the table at the restaurant.
She reportedly captioned the photo: "Spending my weekend eating good food and making the best memories... So in love with this city."
A source said: "Greg and Emma have been dating for a number of weeks now.
"He's in Paris with Emma at the moment and they've been having a fun time exploring the city together.
"Emma is undeniably Greg's type, she's an athlete and model, absolutely gorgeous and prefers to be out of the spotlight."
Meanwhile Amber has denied rumours of a romance with Ovie Soko.
The reality star ruled out a romance because the basketball player is more like her "brother" than a love interest.
