Amazon's hidden discount section has a big Spring sale on

Amazon has launched a Spring sale but the discounts do not appear on the usual deal section.

Bargain hunters will need to stay away from the Amazon deals pages and instead visit the Amazon Warehouse section to get their hands on up to 20% off Apple iPads, blenders, air fryers and Shark vacuum cleaners. The deals mean a Shark vacuum is down to £130, while air fryers are priced from just £30.

Amazon's Spring sale launched today (1 April) and will run until 13 April and new deals will be introduced each day of the sale.

The deals are so cheap because the devices are refurbished. This means that they may have been damaged or second hand and have been brought back to fully working order, allowing customers to get their hands on a cheap device for a fraction of the real price.

The prices are cheaper than those on new, full price Apple products on the likes of Amazon and Currys.

However, Amazon has its own refurbished section in the form of Amazon Warehouse, where tech such as Apple devices can be reduced drastically. In previously Black Friday sales the Warehouse section has seen further price drops.

The Warehouse section includes smartphones, laptops, tablets, home and kitchen appliances. The products are used, tested by Amazon and then resold with the usual returns options for every Amazon product.

The items come in four different ratings; like new, very good, good and acceptable in order to guide you when buying something.

You can see the Amazon Warehouse sale here.

When shopping at the Amazon Warehouse there are a few different categories within the reduced items. They are like new, very good, good and acceptable. Those in the like new are in perfect working condition and the only issue will be some damage to the packaging.

Those in Very Good condition have seem limited use, while those in Good will have had some use. Items labelled Acceptable will have clear signs of usage but will still function.
