Amazon's affordable dupe of viral TikTok designer travel bag

Shoppers are keen to get their hands on an Amazon bag that bears a striking resemblance to a £101 version that has gone viral on TikTok.

As reported by Wales Online, Amazon's Welltop Travel Duffel Bag is priced at £18.99, but looks similar to the viral Beis 'Weekender' Bag - which is currently available for £101. The Beis bag can often be seen in 'pack with me' videos on TikTok and is a popular choice for those travelling through airports.

The Beis bag has a separate zipped compartment on the bottom, an internal pocket and a trolley sleeve. Meanwhile, Amazon's offering also has a flexible design, with a zippered bottom, internal pockets and a trolley sleeve that slips over the handle of a suitcase.

The more expensive option boasts a wire frame double zip opening and is made from poly canvas and vegan leather. The Amazon bag is made from Oxford fabric and is not built with a wire frame.

The Amazon Welltop Travel Duffel Bag has currently received over 950 reviews from shoppers. One person commented: "It's a great size bag for weekends away, surprised at how much I could fit in. Great value for money."

Another shopper added: "A good size weekend bag with plenty of pockets and a lovely colour too."

The bag is available in a range of colours including grey, black, blue, green, purple and pansy. Measuring 40 x 22 x 42 cm, the bag falls outside the scope of most airlines' maximum free cabin bag requirements. However, it can be used for road trips, overnight stays and other short getaways.

For those who are after something small enough to fit under your seat, Amazon's Kono Holdall Cabin Bag is priced at £21.99 and offers 14L of packing space. The bag measures 35 x 20 x 20 cm and, according to the Amazon website, it is cabin approved with most airlines including Ryanair and easyJet.

Fashion retailer ASOS is also selling a scuba holdall for £28, while John Lewis' Kin Malmo weekend bag is priced at £65 and comes with several pockets and compartments.

Many of these designer dupes have been selling out quickly, so some items may be out of stock in certain colours. If you are planning to use your bag in the cabin of an aircraft, it is important to check the carrier's size guidelines before you travel.
