Amazon Prime Premier League fixtures confirmed: Man Utd vs Tottenham headlines December schedule

Amazon Prime have confirmed which 2019-20 Premier League fixtures they will be broadcasting in December, with their two rounds of matches headlined by the Merseyside derby and a heavyweight clash between Manchester United and Tottenham.

In 2018, the online streaming giant won the rights to show to their members exclusive coverage of two rounds of fixtures every season for the next three years - one mid-week in early December and the other over Christmas, including the traditional Boxing Day programme.

The fixtures for the new top-flight campaign were released at 9am BST on Thursday, with Amazon subsequently confirming which games they will be broadcasting on Amazon Prime Video.

Manchester United against Spurs at Old Trafford is the most appealing contest scheduled for Tuesday 3 December, while Arsenal host Brighton and defending champions Manchester City travel to Burnley.

Leicester are also in action against Watford on that night, newly-promoted Sheffield United battle Newcastle and Wolves face West Ham.

The following night, Everton travel to Anfield to play Liverpool in the latest edition of the Merseyside derby and Chelsea welcome Aston Villa to Stamford Bridge.

Crystal Palace meet Bournemouth and Norwich travel to Southampton.

There are no particularly high-profile clashes currently slated for 26-27 December, with Manchester City on the road at Wolves and Liverpool heading to Leicester.
