Amazon Prime members can now buy a Nintendo Switch and pay it up monthly - at no extra cost

Amazon has introduced a new way for Prime members to pay this Christmas.

Shoppers can now choose to pay for a purchase in full, or spread the cost with five monthly instalments.

There’s no additional charges, interest or fees - you simply pay for your purchase.

The option is available on selected Amazon devices and gaming consoles, including Nintendo Switch, Amazon Echo Show 5, Echo Show 8, Ring Video Doorbell 2 and the all-new Fire 7 Kids Edition Tablet.

You’ll need to be a Prime member to take advantage of this payment method and all purchases are subject to approval.

If you're not an Amazon Prime member, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial and then pay just £7.99 per month or £79.99 for annual membership.

It's perfect for festive purchases and membership includes access to Prime Video with hundreds of movies and TV shows plus access to all the English Premier League football games for free.
