Amazon Prime Big Deal Days: The 22 best deals in the big October sale

Wallets at the ready: Amazon‘s sale of the season is here.

Called Amazon Prime Big Deal Days, it’s the third big discount sale the retail giant has held this year alone, following a 10-day spring event and, of course, the flagship Amazon Prime Day, which took place in early July 2025.

The last few months of the year are always packed with parties and celebrations, so Amazon's October sale offers an excellent time to replace tired appliances and electricals well ahead of the festive period.

Need a deeper freezer to store all your Halloween party canapés? A smart TV to hunker down in front of and watch winter movies with family? Or how about an air fryer to help make Christmas lunch this year? Amazon will have it all, and then some.

When do the Amazon Prime Big Deal Days end?

It will be running until midnight on October 8. That means just under 24 hours left to bag epic deals.

Can anyone take advantage of the deals?

Like the flagship Amazon Prime Day sale held in the summer, this event is open to Prime members only. If you haven't signed up yet, now's the perfect time to do it - you won't be able to take advantage of the deals otherwise.

Are there deals available now?

Scroll on for bargains ready to be scooped up right now, across home, tech, furniture, food and drink and more.

Amazon Fire TV 43-inch Omni QLED series 4K

Best for: Amazon fans

If you’re already deeply embedded in Amazon’s tech ecosystem, with an Echo in every room and Alexa built into your socks, then this is definitely worth looking at. It’s built around a 4K HDR QLED panel in a variety of sizes up to 65 inches, and has the same Fire TV experience you’ll know if you’ve ever plugged a Fire streaming stick into any other telly, along with the ambient display that shows pictures when in standby and Alexa widgets too. There are mics built into the TV so you can use voice control directly, without relying on a remote or nearby Echo device, but you’re very much locked into the Amazon experience here, as you might expect.

There are four HDMI ports, but only one hits the 2.1 standard, with the others lagging behind at 2.0. This means you’ll need to be careful which port you plug into if you want to use the newer features with an external device.

Philips Viva Collection Compact Juicer

Best for: a mini juicer for countertops with limited space

If kitchen worktop space is a concern, this juicer from Philips may be your best bet. Mini but mighty, it offers all the produce-squeezing benefits of its peers.

Add your pineapples, carrots or lime in the top of the device and get up to 1.5L of juice in one fell swoop - that’s enough to hydrate the whole family or to get a batch to drink over the next few days.

This is a really easy device to use with no complications, mess or fuss. Cleaning is also super simple thanks to the brand’s Quick Clean technology. The only time this may cause a little bit more work is if the filter gets blocked. But even then, it’s easy to fix - just dismantle the transparent container and empty.

Duux Threesixty 2 Smart Fan Heater

A machine with figurative firepower, the Duux ThreeSixty is a great smart heater designed to warm up small and medium-sized rooms quickly and efficiently.

Cylindrical in design, it uses a fan to cascade heat from the top, flooding the room with warmth to keep you in blissful toastiness. There's no worry about having it on while you're working or watching TV; it has a Quiet Mark accreditation, which means you'll barely notice it when it's on.

The Dutch-made device is a sturdy little thing that's available in a choice of white or grey, but still features a tip-over safety switch in case of accidental knocks, and auto shut-down in case it overheats. Control three heat settings on the unit or via a smartphone app.

We've found that using it for a few hours in the evening is enough to keep the room cosy all night long. A smart winter investment in more ways than one.

What deals can I expect in the sale?

This year, Amazon has promised savings of up to 40 per cent across all categories: think home, kitchen, electronics, toys, fashion, and beauty & self-care and across popular brands such as Crocs, De’Longhi, Levi’s, Ninja, and OURA.

Is Amazon Prime worth signing up for?

As someone who has paid for a subscription for more than six years, I can wholeheartedly vouch for its use.

From watching blockbuster releases on Prime Video (not to mention viral shows like The Summer I Turned Pretty and The Girlfriend) to ordering last-minute home improvement tools when I want to DIY over the weekend, my Prime membership is one of the most used subscriptions I have.

Members also have access to endless reading materials in Amazon Reading, while gamers can plug into Amazon’s Twitch service, a huge library of epic games to discover, download and get lost in. There are lots of other perks too, like free Deliveroo delivery and money off recipe boxes.

How much does Prime membership cost?

It's priced at £8.99 a month, or £95 for an annual fee, which works out to just 26p a day (on the yearly option). If you’re in education, Student Prime memberships cost £4.49 a month, or £47.49 annually, so if you’ve got a student living under your roof, why not get them to sign up for the whole household and save half price on standard membership fees?

If you’re not quite ready to part with any money yet, there is one more avenue. Sign up for a free trial first to see how you like it - and take advantage of those juicy October Prime Big Deal Days in the meantime.
