Amazon Prime Video assemble A-list punditry team for Autumn Nations Cup as Sam Warburton signs up after quitting Wales job

Amazon Prime Video today announced an impressive list of of pundits for their coverage of the upcoming Autumn Nations Cup.

Recently departed Wales specialist coach Sam Warburton and Jamie Roberts are among the stellar cast list, which also includes legendary South Africa winger Bryan Habana.

It's the first time an international rugby competition has been broadcast by the streaming giant. Full details on how the Nations Cup works are here.

The eight-team tournament will take place across four weekends in November and December - with Wales having fixtures against Ireland, Georgia, England and a fourth game against one of France, Scotland, Italy or Fiji.

Amazon are the main broadcasters - with Channel Four having rights to show three matches on free-to-air TV, including Wales' trip to Ireland on November 13. All Wales matches will also be shown with Welsh language commentary on S4C.

Amazon's coverage will be fronted by regular BBC Six Nations presenter Gabby Logan, alongside BT Sport's Mark Durden-Smith. Popular Premier Sports anchor Ross Harries is also part of the presenting team as he hosts a one-hour highlights show each match-day.

As well as Roberts and Warburton, who are both highly impressive analysts, the likes of Scott Quinnell, David Flatman, Dylan Hartley, John Barclay, Serge Betsen and Nolli Waterman also feature in a strong team.

Amazon have also acquired the services of regular BBC voices Andrew Cotter and Conor McNamara, as well as Nick Heath and Jamie Lyall, in the commentary box.

What games are on Amazon?

Fourteen of the 16 Autumn Nations Cup matches will be on Prime. Only Ireland's pool matches against Wales and Georgia won't be available on Amazon.
