Amazon has confirmed Christmas deadlines for last minute orders in 2021.
The online retailer has issued last minute advice to shoppers who are hoping to order before Christmas Day and has confirmed its pre-Christmas offers will be live until 21 December.
The offers, which include two Echo Dot devices for £27, price drops on perfume and aftershave, beauty gift sets and video games, are live now and will run until the Tuesday before Christmas before prices go back to the normal level.
Amazon will then offer some last minute virtual Christmas deals that can be ordered on Christmas Day itself. These include memberships to some of Amazon's services including Audible audio books, Amazon Prime Video and virtual gift cards.
Amazon says last minute orders outside of the deal section can be made up to Christmas Eve, with Amazon Prime members able to get same day delivery on some items.
Previously Amazon has boasted about delivering orders as late at 11pm on Christmas Eve to its Prime members, who get priority postage and next day delivery on millions of items.
However, it has warned that busy periods could mean delayed deliveries.
It says: "During this busy period, some deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. As always, please see your up-to-date delivery date at checkout, which provides our most accurate estimate of the delivery date.
