Amazon has 60% sale on Echo Buds headphones as Prime Day deals are launched early

Just in time for Father's Day (June 20), online giant Amazon has reduced the price of its Echo Buds wireless headphones - but the deal ends soon.

The online giant is now offering the Echo Buds - their rival to Apple's Airpods - with a massive 58% discount.

You can get your hands on the wireless earbuds for £49.99 instead of their usual price of £119.99, which is a saving of £70.

But as the offer is a 'Prime Exclusive Deal', you'll need to be signed up to Amazon's Prime program to take advantage.

A membership costs either £7.99 a month or £79 a year - or you can try it for free for the first 30-days.

Echo Buds offer incredible noise reduction technology that helps eliminate outside noises, but the best part is no doubt the hands-free access to Alexa, Amazon's virtual voice assistant.

The Amazon Echo Buds feature up to 20 hours of battery life with the charging case, and are compatible with iOS and Android devices.

You'll also find multiple sizes of ear tips to help you form a comfortable in-ear seal for immersive listening.

The hands-free Alexa access means you can use your voice to stream music, play Audible audiobooks, make calls or even check your calendar.

They are great if you want something that doesn't break the bank, but delivers amazing sound and comfort.

If you want to take the advantage of the offer, you'll need to be quick - as it's only running for seven days.

The headphones price-cut comes ahead of Amazon's annual Prime Day sale event, which launches on June 21st and will feature deals across the entire site.

With Father's Day (Sunday, June 20) fast approaching, we can't think of better gift to give to the most important man in your life.
