Online shoppers are reporting problems with the Amazon website in the UK - with thousands apparently unable to use the platform.
Users have taken to social media to report problems trying to get onto the site or access their account, reports The Mirror.
Some have reported problems having started on Thursday, and getting worse on Friday morning, with the number of complaints now topping 2,000.
Users in London, Brighton and Bristol are understood to be the worst hit, but The Sun says there are reports across the UK.
Shoppers say they have been unable to complete purchases.
One wrote: "I can't log on to the amazon app or website. All I get is a blank screen."
Another wrote: "Down for me as well since last night. Android app and your website.
"All other apps and websites working fine so problem is with amazon not our networks."
