An Amazon delivery driver has opened up on the pitfalls of working with the huge online shopping company, including awkward brushes with rude neighbours.
Louise Fraser, 27, is a Falkirk native who delivers parcels for the company in the Scottish capital, Edinburgh.
She is also an avid TikTok user. It's on the video-sharing platform she vented her frustrations with her job, sharing an exasperated post about it yesterday, Edinburgh Live reports.
In the video, Louise exclaims: "If you live in a flat, I hate you. Why do you have to make it so hard to deliver things, why does none of your doors have numbers on them?"
She then goes on to explain the latest encounter she has experienced with a rude, disgruntled neighbour as she was attempting to deliver a parcel.
Louise says the initial receiver of the Amazon package was not in their home, so she decided to knock on a neighbour's door to ask if they didn't mind holding on to the parcel for them.

She said she was greeted by a man who told her "No!" rather abruptly, and also demanded that she didn't knock so loud next time, taking her by complete surprise.
She also goes on to say that "90%" of her deliveries are not in today, and that she's had to phone almost all of her customers to let them know she cannot fulfil their delivery, or has left their parcel with a neighbour.
She breathes a sigh of relief and exclaims that this shift "better be worth the money".
Amazon is the top e-commerce platform worldwide right now, 25 years on from its creation.
Currently, Amazon has a market share of over 30% of the United Kingdom's e-commerce market.
Amazon.co.uk is by far the biggest online marketplace in the UK, followed by Tesco and Argos.
