Black Friday is pretty much already here. Sure, it doesn’t officially start until Thanksgiving afternoon/evening, but many deals have already started going live.
All the below deals are live right now (while supplies last) and go through at least Black Friday, though some may continue into Cyber Monday / Cyber Week.
Right now most of the live deals at Amazon are on Microsoft bundles—Xbox One X and Xbox One S are getting some impressive price cuts. There are only a couple big deals on PlayStation 4, but if more pop up we’ll add those as well.
In any case, and without further adieu, here are the best Black Friday Xbox One and PS4 deals at Amazon.
Xbox One X 1 TB Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Bundle — $349 (save $150)
This is one of the best Xbox One bundle deals out there. It’s a powerful Xbox One X console with a 1 TB hard drive and a free copy of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order—one of my favorite games of the year. On top of that you get a month of EA Access for free, with access to tons of games from developers like Respawn, DICE and BioWare. The system comes with just one controller, but you can pick up another one at Amazon for just $39 right now through Black Friday.
Xbox One X 1 TB Gears 5 Bundle – $349 (save $150)
This is another seriously great deal on an Xbox One X. Not only do you get the new Gears 5 game, you get all four previous Gears of War titles as well. That’s a lot of content on top of a discounted console! (I’m more of a Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order guy, personally, but if you like Gears this deal can’t be beat.) On top of that, the system itself is just awesome. I mean, look at it! Look at that special edition gamepad!
Xbox One S 1 TB Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Bundle — $199 (save $100)
This is essentially the same deal as the Xbox One X version, but it costs $150 less and comes with the less powerful, but still impressive (and attractive) Xbox One S. While it can’t pump out 4K gaming like the X, the S still has an Ultra HD Blu-Ray player and can play all the same games. This is a great deal if you don’t need the most powerful console out there.
Xbox One S All-Digital Edition — $149 (save $150)
If you really want to go cheap this Black Friday you can pick up the All-Digital version of the Xbox One S for $149. It doesn’t have a disc drive, so you buy and download all your games directly from Microsoft’s online store. If you have internet limitations this might not be the best choice, but if you’re pretty much all digital at this point already, or plan to subscribe to Microsoft’s excellent Xbox Game Pass, this is a great option.
PSVR Bundle With 2 Games — $249
This PlayStation VR bundle comes with the headset, camera, two motion controllers and two games: Blood & Truth and Everybody’s Golf VR. I haven’t played either of these, but I do think the PSVR is a great VR system if you already have a PS4. It really is surprisingly good for the price, which falls far below many of the high-end VR headsets out there.
PlayStation 4 Pro 1 TB Console — $299 (save $100)
While this isn’t a big bundle deal, it’s still $100 off Sony’s most powerful system. I love the PS4 Pro and use it more than any other console. Even though the Xbox One X is a bit more powerful, I just prefer the PS4’s user interface and layout.
With that $100 in savings, you can pick up plenty of cheap PS4 games this Black Friday. You can also snag a second DualShock 4 controller for under $38 through Black Friday at Amazon.
