Amazon Adventure is coming to Glasgow's iMAX

Amazon Adventure is coming to Glasgow's IMAX for a one-off screening this month.

The "epic and inspirational" true story of British explorer Henry Walter Bares will be shown on Monday April 15 at the Glasgow Science Centre cinema.

The film follows the adventurer on his death-defying 11-year expedition to provide proof to Charles Darwin for his then controversial theory of natural selection during the 1850s.

 

SK Films promise to "immerse viewers into a wild world of breathtaking beauty and captivating animal behaviour."
