Many people doing this year's Great North Run will have friends, family and supporters somewhere on the route to cheer them on on the day but you can show your support before then too.

And if you want to congratulate the Great North Runner in your life after they've crossed the finish line in Shields and got their t-shirt and medal, there are cards for that too.
