More than 100 Canberra families received an early Christmas gift on Tuesday when a mystery woman helped cover the cost of their children's toys.
The anonymous donor made a "generous donation" towards 178 Christmas lay-bys at Super Toyworld to lower their owed amount. The amount paid has not been revealed.
"Parents in Canberra have just received an amazing Christmas gift," Super Toyworld wrote in a Facebook post.
"The lovely lady wanted to help out as many families as she could this Christmas! Merry Christmas everyone."
