Marks & Spencer has caused huge excitement among shoppers again this week after showcasing a new release online.
The high street retailer has been making headlines this year thanks to its stand out items, and now it's Christmas Crumpets that have fans talking.
The festive dish, priced at £1.25 for a pack of six, was shared by the retailer on Instagram this week, though they weren’t meant to be the star of the show.
In fact, M&S was showcasing its new Collection Bucks Fizz Marmalade and Collection Strawberries and Champagne Conserve, but the crumpets quickly stole the show.
Below the popular Instagram post, which has gained thousands of likes and hundreds of comments, M&S fans were quick to share their excitement about the Christmas Crumpets.
Among the comments, one shopper wrote: “Love these crumpets and how festive with red strawberry jam. Might have these for breakfast Christmas Day”.
Another said: “Oh my lord these are adorable!”, while a third wrote: “oh my god I neeeed these in my life!!!”.
