Amanda Serrano has indicated that she could still fight Katie Taylor.
The Puerto Rican was scheduled to clash with the Bray boxer last year, but the bout fell through over a disagreement about money.
Serrano defends her WBC and WBO featherweight belts against Argentinian Daniela Romina Bermudez later this month, but says she still wants to fight Taylor.
The 32-year-old told Boxing News 24: “That fight is definitely on my radar. I definitely still want to have that fight with Katie Taylor.
"She’s one of the best and I would love nothing more than to share the ring with Katie Taylor, but right now, I’m on the quest of becoming undisputed (featherweight) champion.

"That’s my goal for this year, and hopefully when I become undisputed champion, then it’ll be seven-division world champion & undisputed champion vs. undisputed champion, Katie Taylor."
Meanwhile, the 2012 Olympic gold medalist could well be in line to face old rival Jessica McCaskill this summer.
The American kept the rematch hopes alive after comprehensively beating former champ Cecilia Braekhus in a rematch of their 2020 bout.
McCaskill shocked the boxing world by beating the veteran Norwegian last August, and reinforced that victory with a comprehensive performance in Dallas over the weekend.
The 36-year-old has faced claims that the win was a fluke, but left no doubt in fans' minds as to her credentials in an impressive performance - with judges scoring the contest 100-89, 99-90, 98-91.
And after sealing her undisputed status, McCaskill took the opportunity to call out some of women's boxing's big names - with the the Bray native top of that list.
"If Katie Taylor is the next one, let's go," McCaskill told DAZN in her post-fight interview.
Taylor has been working towards a return to the ring this year, with a potential April bout in the works.
And assuming all goes well next month, Eddie Hearn previously stated that Taylor could face the winner of the fight in 'June or July'.
