Amanda Knox is getting her own agony aunt advice column for a Seattle newspaper

Amanda Knox is going to have a new agony aunt column dispensing advice about "life, love, suffering, and meaning."

According to the newspaper Westside Seattle, Knox, 32, will author a new column inspired by her experiences. Knox was convicted of the murder of Meredith Kercher in 2007 but was acquitted in 2015 by the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation.

“Amanda Knox spent four years in an Italian prison for a murder she didn’t commit and it’s given her a unique perspective on life" the announcement reads.

"Now fully exonerated, this bestselling author and advocate for criminal justice reform offers her insights, such as they are, to reader questions about life, love, suffering, and meaning."

The column will be called Ask Amanda Knox, and allow readers to write in. The newspaper is owned by her husband Christopher Robinson’s family.

In the Netflix documentary about her life, Knox spoke out about the media frenzy that awaited her at home after her acquittal, a frenzy which meant she was unable to lead an anonymous life. “I get into a line at the grocery store and the person behind me’s like, ‘Whoa! It’s you! I know you,’ And I really want to turn to them and say, ‘Who the f**k are you? And you don’t know me.'”

Knox made news last week when she responded to a tweet from Lady Gaga.

After the popstar wrote, “Fame is a prison,” Knox, who is now a fierce advocate for prison reform, wrote, “Prison is prison.”
