Amanda Holden showed off her flexibility today as she posed like a ballerina at Heart Radio in an all white outfit.
Everton fan Amanda shared her latest look ahead of her breakfast radio show and it caused a stir among her fans.
Mum-of-two Amanda wore a white crop top teamed with a white A line skirt from Reiss.
But it was her pose that got her followers excited as she put one of her legs up on the pole and arched her back as she held her arms above her head in a ballerina pose.
The Britain's Got Talent judge simply captioned the photo: "Morning this all @reiss."
And thousands of her fans liked the instagram post, with hundreds commenting underneath it.

The mum-of-two finished her look with a pair of sunglasses as she gazed into the camera with a stunning backdrop behind her.
