Amanda Holden has shared a photo of her "fantastic looking" mum in a bit of an awkward position.
TV and radio presenter Amanda looks incredibly youthful, and it seems to run in the family.
Amanda, 50, shared a snap of mum Judith, 71, attempting to climb over a gate while on a walk with husband Frank.

Posting on her Instagram story, Amanda wrote: "Had to post this! How fantastic does my 71-year-old mummy look trying to get her leg over?!" with a cry-laughing emoji.
Earlier this year Amanda shared an image of her daughters Alexa and Hollie, aged 15 and 9, with mum Judith, while the family was on holiday in Greece.
She captioned the image: "Their nanny arrived… #mymama #holiday ‘#family"
Fans rushed to have their say after the cute snap was uploaded.
