Amanda Holden's new Heart deal 'makes her UK's best-paid female showbiz host'

Amanda Holden has reportedly snapped up a £3million pound deal to take over from Emma Bunton as a Heart radio breakfast presenter.

The sum - more than double Radio 2 rival Zoe Ball’s reported £1.2m salary - will make Holden Britain’s best-paid female showbiz host.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 48, is estimated to be worth £6million and had also bagged deals with Marks & Spencer and TV shopping network QVC, as well as carrying out presenting roles.

Amanda will team up with Jamie Theakston, 48, on the show from June 3.

Emma left to spend time with her family and go on tour with the Spice Girls.
