Amanda Holden's lookalike daughter Lexi, 16, joins modelling agency that found Kate Moss

Amanda Holden has announced that her daughter Lexi Hughes has joined modelling agency Storm Management.

The presenter, 51, has said that her eldest daughter, 16, signed with the company this week - which is known for having represented Kate Moss, 48, for much of her career.

And although Kate is no longer with them, its current roster of artists includes her sister Lottie Moss, 24, supermodel Cindy Crawford, 56, and musician Michael Bublé, 46.

Its newest addition is said to be Lexi Hughes - the daughter of Amanda and husband Chris Hughes, 49 - with the BGT judge teasing that she could become a 'momager.'

She shared the news with the Daily Mail, stating that the modelling agency - often referred to simply as Storm - had been one of several who had approached her daughter.

Amanda said the deal was signed "this week," adding that the company "came after" Lexi - with her describing them as "very lovely and nurturing" towards the teenager.

She further commented: "It will be a soft, slow thing and [Lexi] won't do anything until she's 18 but they want her and that's what she wants to do."

Amanda said that there was "quite a number of them" who were interested in Lexi, with her adding: "She has made the decision to sign with [Storm]. Chris and I support her."

The radio presenter said that the couple - who are also parents to Hollie Hughes, 10, - are "very protective" and are "making sure" that Lexi completes her A-Levels.

Amanda teased in the interview that she could become like Kris Jenner, 66, who has been referred to as a 'momager' - having been involved in the success of her children.

This includes her daughter Kendall Jenner, 26, who is said to be one of the highest-paid models in the world.

The Mail reports that Amanda said she aspires to be like Kris, adding: "I hope I am! If I have an ounce of the business acumen that Kris has then yes."

She further commented that her husband Chris is a record producer, so he is "really savvy" with business and contracts.
