Amanda Holden has shared a touching tribute to her late son, Theo, as she marked the end of Baby Loss Awareness Week.
The 51-year-old presenter took to Instagram to share a video of herself lighting a candle in her son's memory and shared an incredibly moving caption.
Amanda wrote: "I am honoured you chose us to be your parents for a moment on earth but forever in our hearts ..our angel boy #Theo #waveoflight @tommys Goodnight my angel .. dedicated to you from Mummy x"
Friends shared messages of support for the Britain's Got Talent judge, with actress Sarah Parish writing: "All my love to you darling girl."
Amanda's Heart Radio co-star Ashley Roberts commented: "Love you," with a prayer hands emoji.
Fans shared their own tragic experiences of baby loss.
One person wrote: "You story helped me through my stillborn birth in January thank you for sharing xx love to you tonight."
Another said: "Wendy n I lost our little Grace at 23 weeks, our hearts go out to Theo and all your family xx Love from the Nicholson's, Pete, Wendy, Thomas n Harry."
"Teddy, our son was born asleep in 2014, the pain never goes we just learn to live with it. Sending love," penned a third.
Amanda - who also shares daughters Lexi and Hollie with husband Chris Hughes - was left devastated over a decade ago when her little boy died in the womb at 28 weeks old.
She recently opened up about the traumatic experience on her Heart Radio show.
"We lost our baby Theo at 28 weeks, and they very sensitively moved me into another room so I could deliver him without having to hear the lovely babies screaming on a normal ward," she said.
"Often that's not thought about, it's little things like that."
Amanda added: "I just remember hearing this woman just screaming and screaming and then it was actually — it was me, I realised it was me that was screaming.
"It was the most surreal, out-of-body experience and I was actually calling my daughter's name because I was just terrified about what to tell Lexi at the time."
She added: "I held him in my arms and I said goodbye, basically. But I couldn't have done it without the incredible team around us.
"My husband was so strong and so amazing but they got him through it too."
