Amanda Holden 'overtakes Holly Willoughby' as top-earning female TV star with £5m pay

Amanda Holden has reportedly overtaken Holly Willoughby as the country's top-earning female TV star with an estimated £5 million pay packet.

Holly, 38, has long reigned supreme as the queen of daytime TV with her telly work and product deals earning her millions.

However, a new report suggests she's lost her crown to Amanda, 48, after the Britain's Got Talent judge landed a series of six-figure pay deals.

According to The Sun , the Britain's Got Talent judge is now earning in excess of an estimated £5 million a year.

She's believed to have netted a whopping £1 million for two series of BGT this year - doubling her work with the addition of the Champions series this autumn.

Amanda is also said to be bringing in £1 million from a record deal with Virgin EMI, with another £1 million coming from deals with Marks and Spencer and QVC.

Another £500,000 is believed to come from her latest deal with clothing brand Fenn Wright Manson.

She's also earning a handsome sum from her job at Heart Radio, said to be around £1.5 million.

A source told the publication: "Amanda’s earning potential has gone through the roof the last few years.

"She’s raking it in from various angles and is sitting very pretty right now.”

Holly has previously been considered the highest-earning woman in telly after scoring a series of lucrative endorsements over the years.

As well as adding an I'm A Celebrity pay cheque in 2018, she's also had deals with Diet Coke, Garnier, Oral B and Marks and Spencer.
