Amanda Holden fans spot spooky image of Pat Butcher in her knee as she claps for carers

Amanda Holden 's fans have spotted the spooky image of Pat Butcher in her knee as she clapped for carers with her lookalike daughters last night.

The Britain's Got Talent star, 49, was filmed joining in the clap on her front doorstep last night along with her girls Lexi, 14, and Hollie, eight.

However, her followers were distracted by what appeared to be the ghostly image of the EastEnders legend in her kneecap.

Pat Butcher, played by Pam St Clement, wasn't the only star named as being the face in Amanda's knee - other guesses included US President Donald Trump and even Ant and Dec.

The face debate was sparked by TV presenter Gethin Jones, who wrote: "I feel like your left knee cap is a face that's smiling too."

Fans rushed to comment with one writing: "Definitely Pat Butcher."

Another added: "Is that Donald trump on your knee?" while a third wrote: "Her knee caps do look like Ant and Dec."

One more follower thought the faces looked more like Amanda's longtime Britain's Got Talent co-star Simon Cowell, and Piers Morgan, who also used to work on the show.

They tweeted: "Your knees have faces - right one looks like Piers Morgan and the other a bit like Simon Cowell."

Others saw it as more of a religious sign with one writing: "I see Jesus in your knees."

Amanda, who has yet to comment on the knee debate, was seen joining in the clap for cares wearing a navy T-shirt, grey shorts and sheepskin slippers.

When one fan complimented her comfy-looking footwear, Amanda joked: "Ancient stinkers - but the best!"

The telly star has been out every week joining in the clap and is a big supporter of the NHS.

She recently donated the proceeds from her single Over The Rainbow to NHS charities.
