Amanda Holden was left red-faced after saying the wrong thing during her breakfast radio show.
As usual, Amanda was on Heart on Thursday morning with co-host Jamie Theakston.
The mum-of-two looked as glamorous as ever, wearing a camel top, with long nude nails, and sporting a natural makeup look.

Part of the discussion was about which way people face when they stand in the shower.
Jamie asked: "What percentage of Brits said they face towards the shower while washing?"
Amanda replied: "When I first get in I might go...[and raised her arms] but then I turn round."
Jamie asked her to clarify, saying: "So you're facing towards the shower to begin with?", with Amanda confirming: "Yes, but only for secs..."
Realising how it sounded, she quickly added: "Only for a little bit!"
Co-host Jamie quipped: "Wow, that's a discussion for another time", with an embarrassed Amanda repeatedly saying "seconds, seconds I said!"
Sharing a clip of the hilarious discussion, Amanda posted on Instagram, saying: "I can’t believe I just said this live on @thisisheart" with a series of emojis.
