Showing off her abs, the 50-year-old finished the look with a floral pair of bum-sculpting gym leggings.
She added a set of rose gold headphones and an Adidas navy blue cap, completing her workout attire.
Amanda pulled up her blonde hair in a slick bun.
Standing with her hands on her hips, Amanda wrote: "Run done, bringing you the sunshine #sweatybetty."
In February, Amanda celebrated her 50th birthday.
She shared a photo of herself in a gold plunging jumpsuit with sheer panels.
Amanda said: "How did This happen! Half a century...time flies.
"Thank you for all your kind & loving messages today.. my husband Chris and my gorgeous girls have spoiled me rotten and it’s still going.
