The presenter wowed in a champagne jumpsuit and matching headband, effortlessly pulling off a boho-chic vibe.
Leaving little to the imagination, Holden grinned as she entered the Mayfair venue to celebrate her friend's birthday.
Amanda was just one of a number of celebrities on David's guestlist, with other attendees including Ant McPartlin, Laura Whitmore and Gary Barlow.
The Little Britain star turned 50 in August, but finally got round to celebrating last night among his famous pals.
David himself looked dashing in an all-white suit and daring leopard print shoes, making sure to stand out for his special day.
Also in attendance was Kathleen Walliams, David's elderly mother, with whom he has always been close.
She looked elegant in a beautiful cobalt blue dress as she spent the night partying with her son's famous friends.
The pair were separated for months due to Covid restrictions, but shared their socially-distanced reunion with the world once regulations allowed.
Now, they appear closer than ever as David appeared to escort Kathleen from their car into the swanky hotel.
Holden wasn't the only star who dressed up for the occasion.

On his actual birthday, David's ex Keeley Hazell posted a heart-warming tribute on Instagram amid rumours they’re getting back together.
The actress, model and former Page 3 girl wrote: "HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY TO MY AMAZING FRIEND @davidwalliams. You are the most thoughtful and generous person I know.
