Amanda Holden and Ashley Roberts celebrated the unlocking of lockdown by dressing up in extravagant ball gowns.
The 50-year-old talent show judge and the 39-year-old Pussycat Dolls star were excited to get dressed up as businesses including art galleries and cinemas prepared to open for the first time this year.
Mandy and Ash made sure they looked a million dollars by wearing gowns by high-fashion designer Atelier Zuhra in the stunt which was part of the Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden show.
The duo turned heads as they paraded around Leicester Square in London on Monday morning as the UK entered the latest step of the roadmap out of lockdown.
Amanda stunned in a feathered gown complete with shimmering, sleeveless top section.
While Ashley delighted in a pale peach coloured strapless dress that featured frills and exploded her toned dancer’s legs.
The pair were excited that the latest step in the easing of lockdown finally allows people in England to dine indoors and visit entertainment facility including theatres and cinemas.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, Amanda shared a photo of the extravagant dress that she couldn’t wait to slip into.
She wrote: “Wearing this at 9:30am celebrating being in in!”
She later shared a video clip of herself with Ashley standing outside the Odeon cinema in Leicester square as they threw popcorn in the air.
She wrote: “Celebrating today!!
“So many things opening inc Theare and cinemas.”
the TV babe also shared a video of herself at work on her radio show on Heart FM.
Thanks to her extravagant outfit, the star was unable to stand down – but she showed herself merrily dancing at her desk as she played tunes to her listeners.
