Amanda Henderson has Celebrity Mastermind viewers in stitches with Greta Thunberg mix-up

Casualty star Amanda Henderson left Celebrity Mastermind viewers in hysterics after panicking over a question about environmental activist Greta Thunberg.

The series has been airing every night this week but one clip has received a lot of attention online.

The episode saw Paul Chuckle, Geoff Norcott and chef Levi Roots among the stars taking a seat in the famous black chair – but it was Amanda Henderson’s round that quickly became a talking point after being shared on Twitter.

Host John Humphrys had asked the actress: “The 2019 book entitled no one is too small to make a difference is a collection of speeches made by a Swedish Climate change activist. What’s her name?”

Unable to pick up the clues, Henderson simply replied: “Sharon.”

Social media users quickly flooded the site with their reactions to the comical answer.

One tweeted: “Oh this is just gold. SOLID GOLD!”

“Omg everyone knows Sharon gave up climate activism years ago,” added another.

A third said: “We scan skip straight to 2021. This year won't get better than this.”

Thunberg became one of the most-talked about people of 2019, after gaining international recognition for her campaigns to raise awareness for climate change.

Amanda Henderson is best known for playing Robyn Miller in Casualty.

She also made a brief appearance in the latest film adaptation of Les Misérables.
