Amanda Bynes debuts wild pink hair as she 'flees sober living facility' and heads to court

Troubled Amanda Bynes revealed a dramatic new look with wild pink hair after reportedly fleeing her sober living facility.

The former Nickelodeon star was pictured smoking a cigarette as she headed to court amid a legal battle over her conservatorship, and she looked completely different.

It's been reported that the 33-year-old left her facility amid fears that she's "backsliding" into drugs.

When she was seen arriving at court on Thursday, she looked concerned as she spoke to a group of people outside and smoked a cigarette.

According to US site The Blast , she is in the midst of a legal battle over her conservatorship.

The site claims the She's The Man star "bailed on her sober living facility" and "dropped out of school", where she was studying fashion design.

It's not known where the actress is currently living, and it's said that she's not currently working.

Sources tell them that Amanda's parents are worried she's "backsliding" into drug use following her admission that she's addicted to narcotics.

Last year, she told Paper Magazine : "My advice to anyone who is struggling with substance abuse would be to be really careful because drugs can really take a hold of your life."

Earlier this year, Amanda checked herself into a mental health facility in Los Angeles after a "stress-induced relapse".

At the time, she'd been planning a Hollywood comeback.

It was said then that her mother Lynn had stepped in to help with her daughter's medical and financial issues.

But now, Amanda is going back to court in a bid to have her mum removed as her conservator.

It's said the actress wants to put "a third party" in charge instead.

Amanda also told the mag last year that she'd started smoking marijuana when she was just 16, and that she progressed onto harder drugs, including cocaine.

She said: "Everybody is different, obviously, but for me, the mixture of marijuana and whatever other drugs and sometimes drinking really messed up my brain."

Mirror Online has contacted Amanda's representatives for comment.
