'Always the same' - What Nottingham Forest fans are saying ahead of Hull City clash

Nottingham Forest return to Sky Bet Championship action on Wednesday night when they take on Hull City at the City Ground (7.45pm).

The Reds will be looking to get back on track after suffering a 1-0 defeat away to Wigan Athletic on Sunday.

That was only their second league reverse of the season - ending a 10-match unbeaten streak.

Tuesday night's results - but several teams around them dropped points.

It means Sabri Lamouchi's men could climb back up to second if they can get the better of Hull.

The Tigers are sixth from bottom of the table, four points clear of the relegation zone.

They have lost their past two matches - 3-0 at Huddersfield Town and, on Saturday, 3-2 at home to Queens Park Rangers.

Here's what some Forest fans have been saying ahead of tonight's game...

Mark O'Neill: Can see us losing, always the same when we’ve a golden opportunity to move up the table.

David Meers: Got to fancy a cheeky 2-0 COYR.

Martin Matthews: Other results went our way last night so we have to win. 3 points gets us upto 2nd.

Richard Lewis: We are due a bore draw. Heart says 2-0 head says 0-0.

Mark Vaux: 1-0 again.

Ian TB: 3-0 Forest.

Ashley Hardwick: 2-1 you reds.

Paul Carrington: 2-0 forest.

Liz Rose: 2 1 to the redsssss.

Robert Norton: It's all about how they respond in the next 2 home games. A win and a good performance (tonight) are quite important I think. Sabri will have them wanting to put Sunday behind them. 3-1 Forest.

Mark Wolden: All the results went our way last night, a must win tonight & Sat. Shows how a point at Wigan would of been so useful, the Championship is the toughest League & unforgiving. Preston are also a Team to keep an eye on!

Jack Howarth: Leeds and West Brom are the top 2 contenders and they both dropped points yesterday. It happens. Win tonight and Saturday and it’s all back on track.

John Haddow: 3 Points would do. Would like a decent Score. Coyr.

Alan Austen: Nottingham Forest 3 v 1 Hull City.

Caoimhin Watson: Miserable defeat. The spell has broken, bubble burst.
