Tax advisory firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has recruited Donald Campbell from Deloitte to open its office in Glasgow.
Campbell, who becomes a senior advisor with the New York-headquartered firm, having spent 16 years as a partner at Deloitte, where he led the Scottish private client services team. The Glasgow office is targeting clients including fund and asset managers.
Other recruits in Glasgow include director Jordan Brown and tax advisor Charlotte Walker. Both are joining from EY.
Campbell said: “Glasgow has long been a significant hub for asset managers in the UK, so it was the natural next step for A&M to open its office here. We are committed to growing a team of specialists across all levels in Glasgow, who can advise clients throughout Scotland using A&M and A&M Taxand’s global capabilities and expertise.”
