Alun Wyn Jones has been crowned BBC Cymru Wales Sports Personality of the Year 2019.
The Welsh captain picked up the award after a year that saw him lead Wales to a Grand Slam and the semi-finals of the World Cup, while he also became Wales' most-capped rugby player.
The Ospreys lock had been nominated against a host of Welsh sporting talent - with Para-athletics javelin thrower Hollie Arnold, cyclist Elinor Barker, Para-alpine skier Menna Fitzpatrick, Para-athletics shot putter Sabrina Fortune, taekwondo athlete Jade Jones, sailor Hannah Mills and boxer Lauren Price making up the shortlist.
In addition to Jones' award, the Welsh national rugby side picked up team of the year while Warren Gatland was named coach of the year.
The lifetime achievement award was handed to Welsh boxing legend Joe Calzaghe.
Elsewhere in the awards, GoodGym Cardiff and the Vale picked up the Getting Wales Active prize, while Mia Lloyd was named Inspiring Person of the Year.
Delwyn Derrick was given the Unsung Hero award and Etienne Chappell and Lily Rice picked up the Carwyn James Young Sportsman and Sportswoman of the Year awards respectively.
The Homeless World Cup, hosted by Cardiff, was handed the Great Sport Story of the Year award.
Talismanic second-row Jones will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of last year's winner Geraint Thomas.
The 2018 Tour de France champion won both the Welsh and main SPOTY prizes last year. Jones could also achieve that feat were he to win the main award this Sunday.
He's up against Ben Stokes, Dina Asher-Smith, Katarina Johnson-Thompson, Lewis Hamilton and Raheem Sterling for the gong.
