Savvy thrill seekers can cut the cost of their trip to Alton Towers with some free tickets this season - but only if they fit a certain criteria.
Bosses at the theme park are giving away free adult tickets worth £58 - if you're aged 60 and over.
White haired white knuckle fans are being given a free pass in celebration of the new Gangsta Granny The Ride, the flagship attraction at the park's new zone, The World of David Walliams .
But the free admission isn't just limited to the child-friendly attraction, with the ticket giving full access to the entire park. Meaning adventurous grannies and grandads can enjoy the whole roster of rides, from gentler roller-coasters to the world-famous white knuckle offerings.
Free senior admission can be claimed with the purchase of a full price child's ticket when booking online and is available now until March 20, 2020. Full Ts & Cs can be found on the Alton Towers website.
The Alton Towers team have remained tight lipped about the new area, revealing only that it was a collaboration with the children's author and TV personality.
However last week, the park announced more details, including the new ride, an immersive "4D experience" based on his best-selling book Gangsta Granny.
According to the park, guests will descend with Ben and Granny into the sewers, be chased through the streets of London and even come face to face with the Queen, in the new ride experience.
And it is understood Walliams himself has worked closely with the team at the park to ensure the experience is as close to the book as possible.
