A specialist broker group has acquired a large purpose-built head office and now plans to create over 40 jobs.
Altius Group, a collection of business brokers, has marked a "considerable milestone" after acquiring Eaves Brook House in Preston Docklands, close to the city centre.
It said the acquisition provides a platform for the company to deliver its strategic growth plans which will increase its staff from 60 to more than 100.

Altius Group has planned a full office refurbishment and has contracted Jonathan Naylor at Concept Construction Projects to complete the internal upgrade.

The new office provides internal and external spaces for staff and "significantly increases" the working space compared to existing facilities. It also has additional break out and rest areas, the firm said.
The property comprises of a detached and purpose-built modern office building with a private car park. The accommodation extends over three floors, with part of the roof area converted to provide additional space at the second-floor level.
