The latest figures have revealed almost another 40 positive cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Leeds.

The city now has over 1,000 cases of the virus with 1,049.

While the actual numbers remain uncertain, Leeds is now the second local authority in Yorkshire with more than 1,000 confirmed cases.
