Ally McCoist in Kieran Tierney promise as Rangers legend and Alan Brazil make Arsenal star a 'tempting' offer

Rangers hero Ally McCoist has made a personal plea to Kieran Tierney and has vowed to help the Arsenal star fall in love with London.

The former Celtic defender admitted last week he is still finding his feet in new surroundings after his £25million summer move.

Tierney confessed he hadn't ventured into the hustle and bustle of central London but help appears to be on hand after a pair of experienced tour guides offered their services.

McCoist and Alan Brazil have promised to show the Gunners left-back the sites and even have an itinerary planned for any potential day out.

The Rangers legend told talkSPORT: "I would suggest he gets people around him.

"You miss your family that has to be said."

Brazil interjected: "That's ridiculous, I'll take him out.

"If you're bored with London then you're bored with life."

McCoist joked: "I'll go as well then.

"Get Kieran in and Alan and I will take him for a bit of lunch and we'll take him to a show.

"The natural history museum is a must, I was there with my oldest and we were in there for five-and-a-half hours.

"It was unbelievable."

While Brazil sympathises with Tierney still finding his feet in the The Big Smoke, the former Ipswich and Scotland star was less sympathetic with the defender's culinary conundrum.

The Scotland star admitted his cooking skills need some brushing up.

Brazil added: "I'm not having the not being able to cook, you get a chef in, don't you?

"The money he's getting.

"Let's get it straight, he's not exactly in a motorhome or a tent."

The offer, as tempting as it may be, might not to be Unai Emery's liking if the Spaniard does some research on the pair of party lovers.
