Smirking Rangers hero Ally McCoist had continued his love-in with England star Jude Bellingham - but has taken a cheeky dig at his "mischievous" teammate Jack Grealish.
Borussia Dortmund star Bellingham and Ibrox fan favourite McCoist are in the midst of an unlikely friendship after the 19-year-old declared his "love" for the the ITV and talkSPORT host while ahead of the the Qatar tournament. The midfielder insists he "always listens" to McCoist when is on the radio or on commentary duties, and the pundit has been glowing in his praise of Bellingham's showings under Gareth Southgate in the Middle East.
After his showing in the Three Lions win over Senegal, Rangers icon McCoist has continued to rave about the performances of Bellingham and took things a step further admitting he would let the teenager date his daughters - if he had any. However, Manchester City star Grealish wasn't offered the same generosity by the former Scotland international.
When responded to Bellingham's glowing review of his work, he was quick to talk up the prospects World Cup so far on talkSPORT: "How good was he last night? I just think he is unbelievable last night.
He didn't stop there though, continuing: "I tell you something, I have five boys in the house but if I had five daughters I would probably let him take them all out at the same time. I would.
"I mean he is that kind of boy. With the greatest of respect, I wouldn't let wee Jack Grealish near my granny. Jude, to be be fair, I'd let him take my five daughters out.
"I love wee Jack but he's just too mischievous. Do you know what I mean? I'd let Jude take my daughters out if I had any.
