Ally McCoist delivers Rangers and Celtic 'behave yourself' slapdown after Jamie O'Hara Merseyside derby poser

The big clash between Celtic and Rangers might be taking place at the weekend but it's not the only rivalry on the go this Saturday.

Everton host Liverpool in huge clash down south with Carlo Ancelotti's high-flying Blues confident of an upset against the Premier League holders.

That fixture takes place at the same time as the Glasgow showpiece as Steven Gerrard 's side travel to Celtic Park to take on the Scottish champions.

And talkSPORT's Jamie O'Hara saw the opportunity for a spot of trolling on the airwaves in the build-up - but was promptly told to 'shut up' by a Scottish tag-team of Alan Brazil and Ibrox great Ally McCoist.

The Billericay Town boss posed the cheeky question: "Is the Merseyside Derby bigger than the Glasgow Derby?"

To which McCoist responded: "Jamie, you behave yourself. Just calm down, just calm down.

Having spoken to legendary Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger earlier in the programme, co-host Brazil told O'Hara: "Shh, shut up.

"Come on, dear oh dear. That's like you putting yourself up with Arsene as manager of the year."

O'Hara then suggested Hoops diehard Brazil might be worried for the outcome but McCoist said: "He might say that off the record, but on the record it will never be said. I don't think there's an awful lot between them, I really don't.

"It's going to be interesting to see. Do you know the one thing, it's the one game...I know we've spoken about it for a long, long time and we are missing it more than anything.

"That's fans at the games, but this one in particular and the Merseyside derby, both fixtures that are renowned for having wonderful atmospheres. It's a real shame.

"So as much as I'm looking forward to the game, and I am, I think there will be something bizarre about it being in Celtic Park for an Old Firm game with no supporters."
