A man with alleged bikie links has been charged over the murders of two men on Queensland's Gold Coast in 2019, Queensland police say.

Garry James Brush, 32, is the third man to be charged over the deaths of former Comancheros bikie Shane Ross, 36, and his business partner Cameron Martin, 47, at Tallebudgera in October 2019.

Mr Brush is facing two counts of murder with a "serious organised crime" circumstance of aggravation, and one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

Mr Ross's body was discovered in bushland at Martin Shiel Park at Tallebudgera on October 21, 2019, about a kilometre from where Mr Martin was found dead inside his car that had crashed into a tree.

Both had suffered gunshot wounds.

Police said further investigations revealed Mr Martin had sustained a puncture wound to his chest shortly before the crash.

Two other men were also charged over the deaths in March last year.

Detective Superintendent Brendan Smith said police would leave "no stone unturned" as the difficult and complex operation continued.

"We will continue to investigate to ensure all of those involved in these murders are arrested and brought before the courts," he said.

Mr Brush was extradited to Queensland from Grafton in New South Wales today and will face the Southport Magistrates Court tomorrow.
