Jaden Smith is the epitome of a multi-hyphenate; he has musician, actor and model under his belt and now he can also add eco-warrior.

Unless you’ve been living under a pop-culture rock, you’ll know that Smith’s latest endeavour, which he launched in 2015, has seen him launch an eco-conscious brand of bottled water called JUST Water.

Its bottles comprise of 82 per cent renewable resources; the paper pulp used to make the carton comes from certified forests and the lids are made from sugarcane.

The water itself is also ethical and is 100 per cent spring water sourced from Northern Ireland.

And now fashionista Smith is partnering his water brand with ethical shoe company Allbirds to create two limited-edition trainers, with 100 per cent of the proceeds going to Leonardo DiCaprio’s Amazon Forest Fund.

The limited-edition collection re-interprets Allbirds’ Tree Topper and Tree Runner trainers with the JUST Water blue weaved into different parts of the shoes, including the laces, tabs, eyelets, and soles. Both shoes also come with a three-piece lace kit inspired by JUST’s infused flavours.

In a statement, Just Water co-founder, and Jaden’s dad, Will Smith said: “There is only one Mother Earth, and it’s on us to protect her. The Brazilian Amazon, our largest carbon sink, has now been burning for a month. We source JUST sugarcane caps from Brazil, so this hits especially close to home. Collaborating with businesses who are creating innovative, sustainable solutions are the key to our future, and it’s important that we support those brands who give back more than they take.”

Allbirds trainers are made from Eucalyptus trees, while their SweetFoamTM soles are developed from sugarcane.

The two pairs of Allbird x JUST Water trainers are available to buy now.
