Allan Saint-Maximin has been showing off his training regime to his followers on social media ahead of returning to Tyneside for pre-season.
The Newcastle United star is abroad and this week has been sharing his workouts, and his latest one looks his most tiring yet as he sprints up and down a hill.
It followed a day playing tennis seemingly with Joe Willock who he struck up a great friendship with last season.

Fans are hoping that Willock arrives back this summer with head coach Steve Bruce making no secret of his desire to keep the midfielder after a successful loan deal.
The Arsenal midfielder alongside Saint-Maximin proved crucial in the final run of games in which United finally secure their Premier League season. Fans will be hoping he can start the new campaign in the same vein of form.
Despite Saint-Maximin being away with his family, it certainly doesn't look like he's gone on holiday in the traditional sense - keeping fit, and preparing for the beginning of pre-season which begins in the first week of July.
Saint-Maximin has not been shy when it comes to his career ambitions and what he wants to see from Newcastle to help achieve them, all but demanding Willock as well as add the same quality of the players.
