Allan Campbell has watched a host of his Scotland U21 team-mates gate-crash Steve Clarke's full squad.
And now the Luton Town midfielder wants a slice of the action for himself.
The 23-year-old has impressed in the English Championship since leaving Motherwell in the summer and recently returned to the Hatters' line-up after an ankle injury.
He was a regular for the Scots U21 side under Scot Gemmill and has set his sights on taking the next step at international level.
Campbell was a team-mate of Billy Gilmour, Lewis Ferguson, David Turnbull and Nathan Patterson, who are all now staples of Clarke's group.

And he's hoping that by shining for Luton in England's second tier, he can follow in their footsteps soon.
He told Mailsport : “Playing for the full Scotland side is definitely an ambition.
“Having played so many U21 games, it gives me that wee bit of hunger to take the step up.
“I've watched boys I played alongside making that move and doing well.
“So it's definitely something I want to achieve. If I do well here and get people looking at me, hopefully I'll get a chance.
“The likes of Billy, David, Nathan and Lewis, they're all in the full squad now.
“Knowing that pathway is there gives me encouragement and a lot of younger boys have stepped up.
“That's the good thing about being a young Scottish player now. If you do well for your club, you'll get a chance.”
