All you need to know about Mariah Carey's first ever Irish gig in Dublin's 3Arena

Songstress Mariah Carey is set to kick off the European leg of her Caution World Tour in the 3Arena tonight and revealed her delight at being in Dublin ahead of her first ever Irish gig.

The 49-year-old American singer posted a video of herself on social media after she spotted a rainbow.

She exclaimed: “Look, look, look, look, come on. We're here in Ireland, looking at rainbows."

A thrilled Mariah wrote on Instagram: “Hello Ireland!! Thank you for this gorgeous welcome.

“Can't wait for opening night of the #CautionWorldTour in Europe on Wednesday right here in Dublin!!”

The Grammy winner’s mum Patricia, is reportedly of Irish descent, Dublin Live reports.

The diva is set to play a string of shows across Europe, with dates in Paris, Hamburg, Aalborg, Barcelona, Bordeaux and Amsterdam as part of the European leg of her Caution World Tour.

How do I get to 3Arena?

Concert goers can take public transport, either the Red Line Luas to The Point or the 151 Dublin Bus to Castleforbes Road.

Parking is available in the Point Village car park which you can book through Ticketmaster for €12.

Can I still buy tickets for the show?

There are a limited number of tickets available starting from €68.50 on Ticketmaster.
