Wirral Council has announced its schedule for bin collections over the festive period.
In the run-up to the festive season as families get prepared for Christmas and New Year, a stress many can do without is having to adjust and be mindful of changing bin collection dates.
Wirral Borough Council has lifted the lid on when to put your bins out over Christmas and New Year 2021 and residents will be pleased to hear there are no changes.

With Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day all falling on a weekend, green and grey (non-recyclable and recyclable waste) bin collection dates will stay the same for Wirral residents.
The last bins will be collected on Christmas Eve, with collections to restart the following Tuesday.
Bins will be collected on residents' usual collection days.
However, collection dates do feature one change over the Christmas holidays.
Households who subscribe to Wirral's domestic garden waste collection service (the brown bin) are reminded that this service is suspended from December 20 until January 4, 2022
This service is always suspended for a couple of weeks over the Christmas and New Year period.
Residents can check which bin will be collected when by putting their street name into the search facility here.
