Today everyone, especially the children, are experiencing worry, stress, and sadness as a result of the current pandemic situation. There are many reasons why kids are undergoing such mental conditions including the inability to experience normal situations which include meeting people or group work in schools, co curricular activities, etc. However, to help your kids to stay calm and stress free and get rid of any negative thoughts, as well as equip them to deal with emotions in a better manner, here are some interesting deep breathing exercises relaxing you should do with them regularly.

2/6 - 5 counts slow and deep breaths

Make a star-shaped gesture with your hand.

Make a star-shaped gesture with your hand.Prepare to draw your fingers up and down with your other hand\'s pointer finger.Slowly move up each finger, then down the opposite side.Inhale via your nose and exhale through your mouth.As you put everything together, take a deep breath in and out as you move up and down.Continue tracing your hand until you\'ve completed.
