Weak Legacy 2 works similar to Blox Fruits in terms of trainers where they're all scattered around the open world. So you'll need to find trainers for all Breathing techniques and Blood Demon Arts you want. That said, it's more forgiving since some are grouped together. Here are all trainer Locations in Weak Legacy 2.

All Breathing Trainer Locations in Weak Legacy 2
Breathing Trainers are split between the original spawn Starting Village, Snow Village and the Slayer HQ. I'll go step by step on how to find them all and if they're near each other, I'll put them into one entry. Here are all Breathing trainer locations in Weak Legacy 2.

Flame Breathing Trainer Location
The Flame Breathing trainer is the easiest one to find since he's right near the original spawn point in the Starter Village. Just look around for the Rengoku icon. He's toward the back of the village next to a tall building.
Moon & Serpent Trainer Locations
The trainer for one of the most powerful Breathing techniques in Weak Legacy 2, Moon, is right in front of the Starter Village spawn on the hill. Head outside of the village and climb the hill straight ahead of the gate. Kokushibo the Moon Trainer will be right on the left while the Serpent Trainer is near to the right.
Sun Trainer Location
Yoriichi the Sun Trainer is near Kokushibo the Moon Breathing trainer so check out how to reach the Moon Trainer above. Then, from the Moon Trainer location just keep heading forward across the hill without falling down to where the road is. Eventually you'll reach Yoriichi the Sun Trainer standing beneath a tree.
Thunder & Mist Trainer Locations
Both the Thunder and Mist Trainers are in the Snow Village which is to the right of the Starting Village as you leave the gate. Just keep heading right from the Starting Village until you reach the snow biome and then the Snow Village. Thunder and Mist Trainers will be highlighted as soon as you enter.
Sonic, Flower, Insect, Water, Wind & Love Trainer Locations
All of these trainers are in the Slayer HQ Village which you can reach by following the road outside of the Starter Village. You just leave the village gate and then go slightly to the left and then forward along the road. The icons for all these trainers will light up as soon as you reach the Slayer HQ.
All Demon Blood Art Trainer Locations in Weak Legacy 2
All the Demon Blood Art trainers in Weak Legacy 2 are grouped up in a single location which is Snow Village. Well, two locations that are extremely near one another. From the Starting Village spawn just head outside of the gate and then go right until you reach the Snow Village.
Cryokinesis, Exploding Blood, Hiasobi Temari & Arrow Trainer Locations
All of these trainers are located in the Snow Village which is reached by heading outside of the Starting Village spawn and heading right. Cryokinesis is in the small house just outside of the Snow Village while the rest are more toward the center, as you'll with their icons in the image.
Dream, Speed, Emotion, Obi, Sickle, Dark Thunder, String & Destructive Death Trainer Locations
If you're a demon player every trainer for the Demon Blood Art is grouped next to the Snow Village. Just go to the Snow Village which is to the right of the starting spawn. Then once you reach it all of these trainers are just standing around outside of the Snow Village in a row next to the hill as in the image.
Other Useful Trainer Locations in Weak Legacy 2
Last but not least here are some miscellaneous trainer locations like Fighting Styles. Fighting Styles are just supplements and additions to your other movesets. Also, in this list you can find the Slayer Pillar for your Slayer Mark as well as how to become a Demon in Weak Legacy 2 and get Demon Regeneration.
Ascetic Blaze Fighting Style Trainer Location
The Ascetic Blaze trainer is behind a couple of buildings which are right outside of the Starting Village spawn. You just go out of the gate and head sharply to the left until you see some buildings outside of the village walls. He's behind one of them as in the picture.
Ice Katana Fighting Style Trainer Location
The Ice Katana Fighting Style in Weak Legacy 2 is just at the start of the snow biome on a little hill. As you approach from the Starting Village spawn and enter the snow area look for it to the left of the house in the picture. You can also orient yourself from the Snow Village since it's right in front of the Cryomancer Demon Art trainer.
Soryu Fighting Style Trainer Location
The Soryu Fighting Style trainer is in Little Village which is to the left of the Starting Village by just following the road outside of the Starter gate to the left. His icon is a blue fist and once you enter the village you cannot miss it.
Become Demon & Demon Regeneration Location
To become a demon you have to speak to Muzan aka the Become Demon NPC. He's among the Demon Blood Art trainers in a row so just check out how to reach the Dream, Speed, Emotion, etc., trainers. He's the last NPC in that row. The Demon Regeneration trainer is in the same location as the Dream, Speed, Emotion, etc., trainers and the Become Demon trainer. Check any of those entries above to find him.
Slayer Pillar/Slayer Mark Location
The Slayer Pillar Trainer to get your Slayer Mark is in the Starting Village spawn behind the building where the Set Spawn Location NPC is. You can't miss him.
Weak Legacy 2 Map Guide
This is the full Weak Legacy 2 map with maps of the main areas. I've been using it throughout the article but here it is as a standalone image for a pseudo summary of the article. You can use the main locations to orient yourself like the Starting Village original spawn. Here are all the trainer locations divided by the main areas:
- Starting Village: Flame & Slayer Mark/Pillar Trainer (+Moon, Serpent and Sun which are outside of the village on the hill). Also, to the left of the Starting Village from the main gate is a couple of buildings where the Ascetic Blaze Fighting Style trainer is.
- Snow Village: All the Demon Blood Art trainers plus Mist and Thunder Breathing trainers. Also, right between the Snow Village and the entrance to the snow area is the Ice Katana Fighting Style.
- Little Village: Soryu trainer.
- Slayer HQ Village: Sonic, Flower, Insect, Water, Wind & Love Trainers.
