Who were the best two-deep in 20 years of Mountain West play?

The best Bulldogs players ever, in the Mountain West.
The Mountain West is 20 years in and with that being a milestone year we decided to look back at the league and do a lot of cool stuff including creating the ultimate two-deep.
Up next is the Fresno State Bulldogs who has been in the Mountain West since 2012.
We are going alphabetically with current teams and then do **gasp** BYU, TCU, and Utah at the end. Going through and creating the list our writers could use any criteria they liked.
So, it could be All-American awards, all-conference, career stats or season-long stats especially for teams that had players who played in the WAC and then came into the Mountain West.
We also include coaches and most outstanding offensive, defensive and special teams players.
Coach
Jeff Tedford – He has spent just two years as the Fresno State head coach but in that short time he has taken the Bulldogs to a pair of Mountain West championship game appearances with one league title and also two bowl victories. The two-year record of 22-6 is great by itself but his turnaround from one win to 10 in just a single year is quite the feat.
Most outstanding offensive player
Derek Carr, QB (2013)
Fresno State has only been in the Mountain West for such a short time from 2012-2018 and even in those short seven years, Derek Carr is a two-time offensive player of the year. He is just one of four offensive players to earn league player of the year.
He also holds the Mountain West record with 50 touchdowns and nearly led the Bulldogs to an impressive 20-6 record as a starter while within the Mountain West.
Here are some highlights of Carr.
Most outstanding defensive player
Derron Smith, DB (2014)
Smith was a beast in his three years in the Mountain West and was named a first-team All-Conference player three straight years. He had 14 interceptions and 15 pass breakups while taking away a huge chunk of the field. Smith also was a huge reason the 2012 pass defense was the best in the Mountain West.
**Stats are used where available since going back to the start of the 2000s complete and accurate stats are hard to come by.
